Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Securely place the unworn garments with all original tags attached into the original shipping packaging or a sturdy box.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
